One to One Coaching

I provide a free half hour initial telephone or e mail consultation to explore whether or not coaching could be of benefit to you. Fees and payment options will be discussed if you decide to go ahead with coaching.  Fees can be paid by cheque/cash or bank transfer either in advance or at the start of your coaching session/s.

Please note that I do not work on the basis that clients must sign up to a certain number of sessions because everyone is different. The number of sessions required and the frequency of sessions depends on the individual client and the issues of concern. You are welcome to pay session by session without further obligation.

Face to Face Sessions

(usually held at my coaching studio in Cheshire)
1 session (up to 90 minutes) – £70
4 sessions – £260
6 sessions – £360

Telephone or Online Sessions

1 x hour – £60

Courses

Reflections Training/Coaching Course (up to 16 participants)

6×2 hour sessions £1750

5×2 hour sessions £1500

4×2 hour sessions £1200

Workshops/Facilitation Events

Half day-either 9:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 4:30pm    £350

Full day- 9:30am to 4:30pm with lunch break £600

N.B. These times are flexible to suit your business requirements. They include all course materials and travel up to 100 miles in total.

They do not include refreshments, room hire and travel in excess of 100 miles which incurs a cost of 0.45p per mile
